  Had high hopes, as I'm planning on joining the boat club. Seated at 11:15, immediately placed water drink orders and nacho app. Maybe 10 minutes to get drinks, another 15 to get app, which was wrong. The server informed me that's the second one they got wrong. No jalapeños and no Pico. Why she didn't pick up on that in the kitchen is beyond me. When they did bring it back the chicken was some sort of nasty mush that looked like they'd run a breast through a blender.
  
  Food finally showed up at about the hour mark. By then we were already mad, and had been waiting forever for refills. The chicken was excellent, but the pizza was tasteless. The cheese steak had no flavor at all, but was very tender. She forgot the Au jus. Wife's burger was excellent.
  
  I may try again in the future, but this was a really, really poor showing. Only a few other tables, so not like they were busy.

  Out of all my times from eating liberty on the lake I've never experienced the disappointment that I've experienced today. I will never eat at liberty on the lake ever again. I called 30 mins ahead and asked about wait time and outside seating the girl told me that there wasn't any wait time and outside seating was available for multiple tables. So me and my family went excited, we get there and there is a 20 min wait time along with no outside seating. I understand that restaurants are "first come first serve" . My parents own and open up restaurants world wide for a living. So I wasn't worried about that. I didn't get nasty or anything. Meanwhile the girl finally sits us. We say thank you and she was very ugly. There are multiple servers including managers looking us dead in the face and not asking once if we've been helped or if we need anything. We sat for 20 more mins and I told my family for us to get up and let's go. With all that being said I will no longer host any events or have any family gatherings at liberty on the lake. So very disappointed.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The entire upstairs was rented out and we were one of the tables there. They had 2 waitresses to serve nearly 60-70 people. Poor girls couldn't keep up. Food came out after over an hour of waiting and was cold. Shrimp and grits were hard and not even edible. Had to get up and find our own silverware. Wasn't the waitresses fault. They were put in a losing situation. Very poorly done by management to book that many people at once and only have two wait staff. Unbelievable and ruined what should have been a great night out celebrating a birthday. Don't book your group here.
